TERMS OF SERVICE
How to get started:
Get in touch and tell me what I can do to add more time to your day. My services can be purchased in packages of hours. I accept purchases via PayPal. All new clients will receive a free 30 minute initial consultation. I will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to set up a time for the initial consultation and we can discuss how the hours will be best used. You will also receive a packet of information that goes into more detail about our partnership. Communicate:
I prefer to communicate by email, as it is my fastest method of contact. Once you contact me, you will get a response within 24-48 hours. It is very important that we communicate often so that I can make sure I have full knowledge and clear understanding of your needs. With most clients, I like to do a weekly, or bi-weekly touch base via email, so that we can go over project status. I use project management software, shareable calendars and several other programs to ensure that efficiency and productivity.
Payment & Billable Hours:
Brooke Bennett :: Creative Solutions accepts payments with PayPal and Credit Cards. All payments are due up front prior to the project start date. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the project start date on the calendar. At the end of each month you will be invoiced for the upcoming month. It is standard practice for virtual assistant services to be paid up-front, so you know exactly what you are investing. This also helps to keep costs down because valuable working time is not spent tracking down clients for payment. It is a win-win solution. Should you want to change your package, 30-day notice is required. Packages purchased do not expire until 6 months after the purchase date.
When you purchase an administration package, you will be sent a contract to sign electronically. The contract will need to be signed by both of us before your project start date.
Because all payment for my work is paid up front, refunds are not given for purchased hours, as I cannot get hard work and time returned to me. I pride myself on being very open and communicative with my clients throughout the time we work together. I will do my absolute best to ensure that you will be satisfied with my work.
If you refer any brand new clients to me, in appreciation I will extend 20% off your next month’s invoice. A new client is any client that books at least 10 hours. Just be sure to have them mention your name!
Hours of Operation:
My normal office hours are Monday-Thursday, 10am-6pm, Fridays 10am-3pm.

Should you purchase any product or service from Brooke Bennett :: Creative Solutions, you may not market and/or re-sell the product or service for yourself or any business under any circumstance. Brooke Bennett :: Creative Solutions reserves the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.
